Join the JCEDC and Small Business Development Center (SBDC) of Hudson County for a workshop that will focus on the assessment process an entrepreneur has to undertake to start a business. Thursday, March 23rd at 6PM Poetry Slam
Tea NJ hosts an open poetry slam!  Up to eight poets battling out for a chance to represent Jersey City at the National Poetry Slam! Anyone can compete. There is an open mic beforehand open to music, stand-up comedy, poetry and bar tricks.  If you are an early bird, Aaya Perez leads a poetry workshop at 6 PM. City Hall celebrates Women’s History month with an exhibition of local artists at the Rotunda Gallery at City Hall.

It’s Saturday morning story time in Jersey City with Ame Dyckman. 11AM
When a little boy throws a coin into a well asking for a pet unicorn, he has no idea what kind of trouble he’s in for when his wish comes true. Sure, unicorns have purple hair and can fly, but he soon learns they cannot be house trained; they poop cupcakes and shed sparkles everywhere. When they get excited and jump, they poke holes in the ceiling! Worst of all, when your pet unicorn brings a unicorn party to town – your problems will multiply, and multiply, and multiply!
